Position: Business Development Graduate

Our Business Development Graduate role is a fast‑paced, high‑reward entry into consultative field sales, giving you an opportunity to become the CEO of your own territory.

What you’ll be doing

  • Territory management: visit customers, manage accounts and win business through product demonstrations and expert consultative selling.
  • Field / office split: typically 3 field days (client visits & demos) and 2 office days (prospecting, follow-ups, pipeline management).
  • Training & development: begin with an intensive induction combining classroom training and on-the-job mentoring, followed by structured development in sales, leadership and management.
  • Collaboration: work closely with your team and cross-functional experts to deliver tailored solutions and exceed customer expectations.

  • Starting Salary: €37,300 plus €2350 per annum in Location Allowance
  • Quarterly Bonus: Guaranteed minimum bonus year 1 = €5,700

Who you are

  • A degree in any discipline
