We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Tele-Sales Agent to join our sales team. This role involves both inbound and outbound calls, processing customer orders, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities to upsell products to existing customers.

Location & Working Hours

• Fully office-based role in Dublin City
• Reporting to the Sales Manager.
• Monday to Friday, between 32 and 37.5 hours a week.
• Starting time 9 am to 5 pm
• The pay rate is between €15 to €16 per hour depending on experience.

Duties

• Handle inbound customer calls and process orders accurately.
• Make outbound sales calls to existing and prospective customers.
• Promote relevant products and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Build strong relationships with customers through professional communication.
• Work closely with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in tele-sales, customer service, or sales support (preferable but not essential).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (required).
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills (required).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment (required).
• Basic computer literacy and order-processing experience (required).
• Experience using ERP/order-processing systems (desirable).
• Experience in foodservice, FMCG, or wholesale distribution (desirable).
• Proven ability to upsell and build customer relationships (desirable).
