Full job description

Forno 500° Wood Fire Pizza is an authentic artisan pizzeria in Dublin certified by AVPN Naples, we are dedicated to spreading the culture and traditions if the real Pizza di Napoli.

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, hard-working Neapolitan Pizza Chef.

The position requires you to work as part of our professional team preparing impasto, making pizza's.

Salary is depending on experience, nearby accommodation may be found by us should the right candidate wish to relocate to Dublin.

Experience:

Pizza Chef: min 4 years (Required)
Wood Fired Pizza Experience
HACCP
Fluent English or Fluent Italian

Job Duties:

Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
Follow traditional Neapolitan rules and house recipes.
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
Restock items as needed throughout the shift.
