Attico Restaurant & Pizzeria in South Dublin is looking to hire a Sous Chef.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

cooking food to order in an efficient and professional manner.

To assist the head chef running of the kitchen operation.

To monitor and assist the food hygien of the kitchen.

Maintaince of kitchen equipments

Must have experience in traditional Italian food, ps pastas, pizzas, risotto, Lasagna, Bolognese ect.

Must be able to stay calm under pressure and work in the kitchen smoothly

REQUIREMENTS!

Experience of food handling and cooking,

Positive attitude with a warm and friendly personality

Enthusiastic and passionate about food, Excellent communications and English language skills

Must level 1/2 food HACCP Cert

Pay: 16-20 per hour

10% if total tips goes to chefs
