Full job description

We are looking for a Full time experienced chef with a keen interest in quality Italian cooking with previous experience in a similar role that are passionate about producing high quality Italian food and can work in a busy food preparation kitchen.

You must be flexible and available to work weekends and weekdays. Days and hours of work will vary depending on the needs of the business.

The Ideal Candidate must have the follow attributes:

  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • High Standards
  • Perfectionist
  • Food Preparation experience
  • Co-Operative
  • Knowledge of all standard procedures of food prep/goods in/storage & hygiene essential
  • Available to work weekends
  • Good communication skills
