Full time chef required for a nighbourhod italian inspired restaurant in Sandymount, D4. Crudo is looking for the right candidate to join our small but amazing kitchen team. we pride our selves on using the best seasonal ingrediants availbile and have an constantly changing menu. someone coming on baord but have a genuine passion for food, a positive attitude, experience working with HACCP protocols and ideally a have expericence in an italian or mediterranean kitchen.

Responsibilities

  • Able to co - operate and work a long side the head chef
  • Ideally will come from a busy restaurant environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail required when carrying out your role.
  • Able to accept tasks given by senior chef team members
  • Excellent understanding of the latest food trends in the current market.
  • Real food enthusiast.
  • Must be flexible to work the roster around business needs.
  • Follow HACCP procedures

Requirements

  • 3 years chef experience
  • Must be able to work flexible hours.
  • Passionate about the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to work within a team.
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills.
  • Good level of English required.
  • Must have the legal right to work in Ireland.
