Full job description

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing fresh sushi, sashimi and other Japanese dishes.
  • Preparing sushi ingredients, rice and sauces.
  • Maintaining food quality, presentation and consistency.
  • Ensuring proper food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
  • Keeping the sushi preparation area clean and organised.
  • Managing food preparation efficiently during busy service hours.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Sushi Chef is essential.
  • Good knowledge of sushi preparation and Japanese cuisine.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy buffet restaurant.
  • Responsible, organised and hardworking.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.

Location: Top Floor, Cinema Building, Sandyford Road, Dundrum, Dublin 16, D16 VY67.

Pay: €14.15-€17.00 per hour
