Jeweller / Sales Assistant

Full-time position available.

We are looking for a friendly and reliable person to join our jewellery store team.

This role mainly involves assisting customers, providing excellent customer service, helping with sales, and supporting daily store operations. Basic jewellery repair skills are a plus, but not essential.

The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills, enjoy working with people, and be willing to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting customers in-store
  • Providing friendly and professional customer service
  • Helping customers with jewellery enquiries and repair requests
  • Supporting day-to-day retail store operations
  • Handling repair orders and appointments
  • Basic jewellery polishing or repairs (if applicable)

Requirements:

  • Good English communication skills
  • Friendly and professional attitude
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn

Previous jewellery experience or repair skills are an advantage, but not essential. Training can be provided for the right candidate.
