Senior Bridal Stylist & Boutique

LeadLuxury Bridal Boutique | Athlone, Co. Westmeath | 32 Hours | 4-Day WeekSalary:

For over 15 years, Brummell & Co. has been helping brides find the dress of their dreams through exceptional service, beautiful designer collections and an unforgettable bridal experience.

We are now looking for an experienced Senior Bridal Stylist & Boutique Lead to become a key member of our Athlone boutique.

This is much more than a retail sales role.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, enjoys achieving sales, has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in representing a luxury brand.

Working closely with the business owner, you'll become the trusted day-to-day lead within the boutique during your working days, ensuring every bride receives the exceptional service Brummell & Co. is known for.

About the Role

Every bridal appointment is unique.

You'll guide brides through one of the most exciting and memorable purchases of their lives, creating a relaxed, enjoyable and unforgettable experience from their first appointment through to collecting their wedding dress.

Alongside delivering exceptional bridal appointments, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the boutique, ensuring every detail is managed to the highest standard.

Key ResponsibilitiesBridal Styling & Sales

  • Deliver exceptional one-to-one bridal appointments.
  • Build genuine relationships with every bride and her guests.
  • Guide brides in finding the perfect wedding dress for their style, personality and wedding day.
  • Achieve personal sales targets while delivering outstanding customer care.
  • Recommend veils and accessories to complete each bridal look.
  • Provide an exceptional bridal journey from the first appointment through to dress collection.

Boutique Leadership & Operations

  • Act as the day-to-day Boutique Lead during your working days.
  • Manage the appointment diary and customer records.
  • Respond professionally to telephone, email and social media enquiries.
  • Place customer orders accurately with bridal designers.
  • Liaise with designers regarding customer orders and delivery updates.
  • Receive, unpack and carefully inspect bridal gowns on arrival.
  • Maintain accurate customer files and order records.
  • Steam and prepare gowns before collection appointments.
  • Present dresses beautifully for collection appointments, ensuring every bride enjoys a memorable final experience.
  • Maintain an organised stockroom and ensure gowns are stored safely.
  • Merchandise the boutique to the highest luxury retail standards.
  • Ensure fitting suites and customer areas are immaculate at all times.
  • Assist with new collection launches and seasonal merchandising.
  • Work closely with the business owner to continually improve boutique performance and the customer experience.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in bridal, luxury retail or premium consultative sales.

  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Has exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

  • Is comfortable using computers, email and booking systems.
  • Has a flexible approach and is excited by the opportunity to grow with an evolving luxury bridal business.

Previous bridal experience is an advantage but not essential.

As a representative of Brummell & Co., you'll play an important role in reflecting our luxury brand.

We are looking for someone who understands the importance of professional presentation within a luxury bridal environment and takes pride in representing the boutique to the highest standard.

A polished and professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and a warm, welcoming manner are all important elements of the exceptional experience we strive to deliver to every bride.

Initially, this role will be worked over the following four days:

Looking Ahead

Brummell & Co. is an evolving business with exciting plans for the future, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

The successful candidate will initially work 32 hours per week over four days.

As the business continues to develop, there may be opportunities to expand our opening hours, introduce additional trading days, or take on new responsibilities. Flexibility to support the continued growth of the boutique would be an advantage.

Any future changes to working patterns would always be discussed with the successful candidate in advance and implemented by mutual agreement.
