Join Crystals and Co’s team as a Full Time Seasonal Sales Assistant/ Jewellery Stylist in our Christmas Popup outside Zara in Dundrum shopping centre. November + December.

Up to 36 hours a week.

We are hiring an enthusiastic sales assistant to work in our Dundrum Seasonal pop-up.

We are a female owned Irish company who want to grow our brand with amazing like minded people.

The role

You’ll be a brand ambassador, showcasing our pieces in a fun and professional manner. From driving sales, packing orders and organising our retail space.

This role is full time (9 - 4pm Monday - Friday) , with some flexibility needed during busy periods. Competitive salary. Over 18 only due to late opening hours.

Social media experience and competency is a bonus.

Responsibilities:

· Greet customers with warmth and professionalism. Drive sales, provide excellent in store and after sales customer experience

· Maintain a positive and professional working environment with colleagues.

· Act as a Crystals and Co brand ambassador at all times.

· Maintain organisation, grooming and appearance in line with crystals and co guidelines.

· Play an active role in supporting management with key in store processes to ensure smooth working front of house operations.

· Managing stock control and inventories.

· Possess the ability to work well in a team and the willingness to support and assist your colleagues within a fast pace environment.

· Behind-the-scenes support: assist in deliveries, storage, and manage financial transactions.

The ideal Candidate

Experience in retail or the sale of Jewellery is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.

Professionally presented

• Demonstrate a keen interest in fashion and accessories.
• Work closely with team members and other departments to share insights, contribute to visual merchandising efforts and collectedly enhance the overall customer experience in store.
• Passionate about customer service and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates strong organisational skills with the ability to communicate with senior management and all staff.
• Creatively driven
• Ambitious with want to drive sales.
• Interest in fashion and accessories.
• Willingness to learn and improve.
• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge of social media is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €15.00-€15.50 per hour
