Job: Technical Customer Support Analyst

Location: Clondalkin, Dublin

Working arrangement: 3 days a week onsite

Type: Permanent

Basic Salary: 30,000 - 40,000

Driving Licence Required.

We are looking for a talented and dedicated technical person with a strong focus on Customer Service to help transform a growing software business catering to retail sales. With an excellent reputation and growing customer base the business is now in a position to add technical people to help with support the businesses with customer interactions.

We are looking for someone to support the ever-changing need of their customers, these requirements can be anything from support drivers, printers, internet issues and numerous more. You will be the first point of contact for the customer and will deal with 70% of the queries. You will also work closely with systems administration, Engineering and Management team in troubleshooting any further issues. You will get the opportunity to engage with third party partners and vendors looking for resolutions to the issues that arise.

We are looking for people with the below Experience:

  • Gained some technical support experience, ideally within a Microsoft environment.
  • Proven ability to work closely with customers, understand their issues and resolve them where possible.
  • Have the ability to work on their own initiative with the natural curiosity to solve problems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
  • Some site visits will be required, some of which might be overnight (all expenses, hotels, journey etc will be covered)
  • Emergency On-Call requirement, initially 1 week per month (fully compensated)
