A specialist provider of Telecoms Installation, Maintenance, and Support to the Telecoms Channel, we operate locally, nationally, and internationally, and have a rapidly growing client base. We offer a full suite of Telecoms Consultancy, Installation, and Maintenance services.
In line with our ongoing business success and customer service commitments, we are looking to expand our provisioning team to support the next phase of growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
This position is based at Unit 18B, Rosemount Park Drive, Rosemount Business Park, Dublin, D11 XY71.

As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of telecom service delivery and project execution. You will work closely with customers, engineers, and the wider team to ensure smooth project coordination and delivery, contributing to the overall success of our projects.
· Order and Project Coordination: Manage the full lifecycle of customer orders, from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
· Provisioning and Order Management: Ensure provisioning services are delivered to customers with a high degree of professionalism and in line with company standards.
· Customer Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding project status, updates, and any concerns, ensuring exceptional service levels and customer satisfaction.

· Engineer Coordination: Manage and maintain engineers' schedules for installations, site surveys, and other project-related activities. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
· CRM and Documentation: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, including detailed order notes and status updates. Ensure project documentation is kept up to date throughout the project lifecycle.
· Stock Management: Oversee the ordering and tracking of stock, ensuring that necessary equipment and resources are available for project needs.
· Daily Interaction with Openreach: Manage relationships with external service providers such as Openreach to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services.
· Number Porting and Connection Orders: Manage number porting, mobile SIM orders, and a variety of broadband and SIP line connections.
Additional Responsibilities:
· Support senior project managers in the planning and execution of more complex projects.
· Track project progress and ensure any risks or delays are escalated promptly.
· Participate in project meetings to understand customer requirements, develop action plans, and provide regular status updates.
· Maintain a proactive approach in solving issues that may arise during project execution.
Skills and Experience:
We are looking for someone with a mix of technical knowledge and strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in project management and a desire to grow their career in the telecoms industry.
· Technically Minded: A strong understanding of telecom services and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
· Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to approach challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with customers, engineers, and senior stakeholders at all levels.
· Highly Organised: Strong time management skills with a methodical and structured approach to work.
· Attention to Detail: Demonstrated focus on ensuring accuracy in all aspects of project delivery.
