Full job description

Bramley is a busy neighbourhood restaurant using seasonal, local and homegrown produce. We champion our location and staff who create a wonderful dining experience for all our guests. A Front of House Team Member will cover many aspects of hospitality including waiting tables, answering the phone and assisting with reservations, learning and sharing knowledge of food provenance, wine and cocktails, cleaning and much more.

We are a four day a week operation so the candidate would need to:

- Be available Wednesday-Saturday for Lunch and Dinner shifts.

- Have experience in waiting tables.

- Have an interest in food and wine.

- Have a happy and hard working demeanor.

- Be over 18 so that they are able to serve alcohol.

- Have strong communication skills.

-Ideally have wine and beverage knowledge

The restaurant has been open for nearly three years with predominantly the same team from the start. The company offers many perks including Christmas off and scheduled holidays throughout the year. Meals are provided for all staff on duty. Gratuities are distributed quarterly. Further training can be arranged as required, including but not limited to: barista training, fire training, first aid, wine training

Pay: From €15.00 per hour
