We are currently recruiting an Office Administrator to join our busy organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, reliable and proactive individual who takes pride in providing efficient administrative support.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and a professional approach. You will be confident managing multiple priorities, working to deadlines and using your initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support
  • Respond to emails and telephone enquiries
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Process documents and information accurately
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets and correspondence
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and external contacts
  • Update databases and internal systems
  • Handle confidential information appropriately

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, professional and detail-focused, with excellent communication skills.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous administration, office or customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • The ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • A reliable, proactive and flexible approach
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
