Full job description

Join our dynamic kitchen team and contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of our bustling cafes. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences. If you have a passion for food, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have the following daily duties and responsibilities:

Team Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively within the team to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Maintain effective communication with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team.

Shift Flexibility:

  • Flexibility to work in a seven-day-a-week business, including weekends and holidays.
  • Availability for full-time, permanent positions with daytime hours.

Food Preparation:

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are strictly adhered to, including compliance with HACCP standards.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive rate of €15.00 per hour.
  • Employee discount on food and retail products across all our cafes.
  • Unlimited coffee during working hours.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of HACCP standards.
  • Legal work authorisation in Ireland is required.
  • Driving Licence preferred.

Work Location: In-person at 3fe Grand Canal St, 3fe Five Points, 3fe Phibsboro, 3fe Clancy Quay and 3fe Gertrude.
