Launch Your Next Successful Chapter with Veta Virtual!

Competitive Salary in USD | 100% Remote | Web Development Role | Room to Grow in a Fast-Moving Agency

Veta Virtual is hiring a Junior Web Developer for one of our high-growth clients in the Digital Marketing industry — an award-winning, fully remote SEO agency specializing in the automotive vertical. This is a hands-on, learning-focused role built for someone who is technically solid, eager to grow, and energized by the idea of making a real impact on client websites every single day. If you are a motivated developer who takes pride in clean code, thrives in a collaborative remote environment, and wants to sharpen your skills inside a fast-moving agency — this role was made for you.

Your Role:

As a Junior Web Developer, you will work directly in support of the SEO and Content departments — managing, updating, and maintaining client websites across a growing portfolio of automotive dealership accounts. You will be responsible for keeping websites technically sound, SEO-friendly, and performing at their best. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Managing and overseeing client websites — ensuring they are current, technically accurate, and optimized for performance and search visibility at all times.
  • Uploading and formatting content to client websites using CSS3 and HTML — implementing changes accurately and in line with client brand standards and SEO requirements.
  • Updating website navigation, internal links, and metadata — making precise, consistent updates that support both user experience and organic search performance.
  • Diagnosing and fixing 301 redirect errors and 404 errors — identifying technical issues quickly and resolving them cleanly without creating downstream problems.
  • Supporting the SEO and Content teams with a wide range of website maintenance and enhancement tasks — from structural updates and formatting fixes to more complex technical implementations as your skills grow.
  • Working within Content Management Systems to implement updates efficiently — navigating platforms like WordPress and others with increasing confidence and speed.
  • Collaborating with SEOs, content writers, and designers across a fully remote team — communicating clearly, executing feedback accurately, and contributing to a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

What You'll Need:

  • 1+ year of related web development experience and/or a completed coding bootcamp — you have real hands-on experience, not just classroom theory.
  • Solid understanding of CSS3 and HTML5 — including Flexbox and Grid positioning and responsive web design principles — you write clean, structured code that works across devices.
  • Basic experience with JavaScript — you are not expected to be advanced, but you are comfortable reading and making simple JS edits when needed.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills — you collaborate clearly with remote teammates and ask the right questions when needed.
  • A genuine willingness to learn, adapt, and grow — this agency moves fast, loves to test, and rewards curiosity. You should too.
  • Strong attention to detail — small errors on client websites have real consequences and you take accuracy seriously.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment — you manage your own workload, stay organized, and deliver without needing constant direction.
  • Bonus: familiarity with Bootstrap or similar front-end frameworks.
  • Bonus: experience with WordPress or other Content Management Systems.
  • Bonus: basic understanding of SEO principles and how web development decisions impact search performance.
  • Bonus: basic understanding of automotive brands, models, and dealership industry context.
  • Bonus: experience working with remote teams in an agency environment.
  • To be considered for this role, you must be currently based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary in USD — paid consistently every month, no matter where you are.
  • 10 paid vacation days per year plus all U.S. federal holidays.
  • 100% remote — work from anywhere in LATAM or Europe with a professional home setup.
  • Tremendous room for growth — inside a fast-growing, award-winning digital marketing agency where your technical skills will be challenged, expanded, and genuinely valued every day.
  • A collaborative, supportive culture through Veta Virtual and our client — where learning, experimentation, and quality are part of how the team operates from day one.

Ready to Apply?

If you are ready to sharpen your development skills, contribute to real client results, and grow inside one of the most innovative digital marketing agencies in the automotive space — apply now and launch your next chapter with Veta Virtual!

Once you apply, you will be invited to complete a short 2-minute video question as part of our screening process. It is your first opportunity to show us your technical thinking, your communication style, and what makes you the right person for this role. We can't wait to meet you!
