About Lynott Jewellery
Lynott Jewellery is a fast-growing Irish jewellery brand operating across e-commerce, retail concessions and
personalised jewellery services. We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Digital Marketing
Assistant to support the day-to-day delivery of our e-commerce, digital marketing, customer experience and
wider marketing activity.
About the Role
Working directly with the Director and wider team, this is a hands-on junior role offering broad exposure
across Shopify, email marketing, paid digital advertising, campaign coordination, customer journey,
reporting, events and retail marketing. It is a strong learning opportunity for someone with at least one year
of relevant experience who is keen to build a career in digital marketing and e-commerce.
The successful candidate will be an initiative-led self-starter who is eager to learn, comfortable taking
ownership of tasks and able to coordinate effectively with our graphic designer, social media team, content
creators and other internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify and E-Commerce Management
Support the day-to-day management and maintenance of the Shopify website.
Upload and update products, collections, imagery, product descriptions, pricing, SKUs and other product
information accurately.
Manage online merchandising, collection order, navigation, landing pages and product visibility.
Coordinate new product and collection launches across the website.
Complete regular website checks across desktop and mobile, identifying incorrect information, broken
links, customer journey issues and opportunities for improvement.
Support the management of Shopify apps, integrations and online customer journey tools.
Liaise with developers or relevant partners to report, follow up and resolve website issues.
Support basic SEO, product-page optimisation and conversion-focused website improvements.
Digital Advertising
Support the day-to-day management of paid digital advertising across Meta, Google and other relevant
platforms.
Assist with campaign setup, audience targeting, budgets, creative requirements, tracking and reporting.
Monitor performance and flag opportunities to improve return on advertising spend, conversion and
revenue.
LYNOTT JEWELLERY

Coordinate digital advertising requirements with the wider marketing, social and creative teams.
Email Marketing
Plan, build, schedule and quality-check email marketing campaigns.
Maintain the email marketing calendar alongside product launches, promotions, retail activity and
events.
Support customer segmentation, automated journeys and campaign testing.
Review email performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion and revenue.
Work with the graphic designer on email assets and ensure copy, links, products and promotional details
are correct before send.
Campaign Planning and Marketing Calendar
Maintain the overall marketing calendar across website, email, social media, paid advertising, retail and
events.
Coordinate campaign deadlines, briefs, content requirements, launch dates and approvals.
Work with the graphic designer on signage, website banners, email assets and other campaign
materials.
Work closely with the social media team and content creators on campaign planning, deliverables and
timings.
Ensure campaign messaging, imagery, links, product availability and dates are consistent across all
customer channels.
Keep campaign files, briefs, reports and creative assets organised and up to date.
Customer Experience and Customer Journey
Support the review and improvement of the online customer journey across Shopify and connected
apps.
Work with the customer service team to identify recurring customer issues and recommend practical
improvements.
Ensure product information, delivery details, returns information, FAQs and customer communications
are clear and accurate.
Support the management and resolution of customer-facing website issues.
Experience with Zendesk or a similar customer service platform is an advantage.
Reporting, Research and Analysis
Prepare regular reports covering website performance, online sales, email marketing, digital advertising
and campaign results.
Monitor key e-commerce and digital marketing KPIs and identify trends or issues requiring action.
Carry out market research and competitor analysis across websites, campaigns, promotions, launches
and customer journeys.
Present clear findings and practical recommendations to the Director and wider team.
Stay informed about developments in e-commerce, digital marketing, retail and AI tools.
