Working directly with the Director and wider team, this is a hands-on junior role offering broad exposure

across Shopify, email marketing, paid digital advertising, campaign coordination, customer journey,

reporting, events and retail marketing. It is a strong learning opportunity for someone with at least one year

of relevant experience who is keen to build a career in digital marketing and e-commerce.

The successful candidate will be an initiative-led self-starter who is eager to learn, comfortable taking

ownership of tasks and able to coordinate effectively with our graphic designer, social media team, content

creators and other internal and external partners.

information accurately.

 Manage online merchandising, collection order, navigation, landing pages and product visibility.

 Coordinate new product and collection launches across the website.

 Complete regular website checks across desktop and mobile, identifying incorrect information, broken

links, customer journey issues and opportunities for improvement.

 Support the management of Shopify apps, integrations and online customer journey tools.

 Liaise with developers or relevant partners to report, follow up and resolve website issues.

 Support basic SEO, product-page optimisation and conversion-focused website improvements.

Digital Advertising

 Support the day-to-day management of paid digital advertising across Meta, Google and other relevant

platforms.

 Assist with campaign setup, audience targeting, budgets, creative requirements, tracking and reporting.

 Monitor performance and flag opportunities to improve return on advertising spend, conversion and

revenue.
