Junior Marketing Assistant (Sales Team) – Immediate Start

Location: Cork, Ireland (Must be able to commute daily)

Pay: Guaranteed minimum of €92 per day worked with additional bonuses and incentives!

Do you love connecting with people and want to kickstart your career in marketing and sales?
At We Heart Fundraising, we believe great sales & marketing starts with great conversations. We’re looking for confident, energetic, and ambitious individuals to join our Cork-based sales team as Junior Marketing Assistants — representing some of Ireland’s most inspiring non-profit organisations.

This is not your average desk job. You’ll be out and about meeting people face-to-face, sharing meaningful stories, and creating lasting donor relationships that truly make a difference.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Bring Campaigns to Life: Be the face of our non-profit clients, engaging the public across Cork in conversations that inspire and inform.
  • Drive Brand Awareness: Use your people skills to promote our clients’ missions and values through interactive, face-to-face marketing.
  • Build Supporter Relationships: Educate potential donors about the causes you represent, helping them see how their support makes an impact.
  • Hit and Exceed Targets: Work towards daily and weekly goals, with bonuses and rewards for strong performance.
  • Be Part of a Winning Team: Collaborate with a fun, passionate crew that celebrates creativity, success, and social impact.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • You’re confident, outgoing, and love talking to new people.
  • You’re goal-driven, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • You’re eager to learn marketing, communication, and sales skills that can launch your career.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy friendly competition.
  • You want your work to matter — connecting people to causes that change lives.

Earnings Structure

This position includes:

  • Guaranteed €92 per active day
  • €460–€552 per week (depending on days worked)
  • Weekly performance incentives with uncapped earning potential
  • Typical annual earnings of approximately €40,000 (combining guaranteed daily fee and performance bonuses)

What You’ll Get in Return:

  • Ongoing training and mentoring to build your confidence and develop your marketing expertise.
  • Career progression opportunities – advance into leadership and management based on results, not tenure.
  • A vibrant team culture with social events, recognition, and incentives for top performers.
  • The chance to make a real difference every single day.

Ready to Start Something Meaningful?

If you’re enthusiastic, ambitious, and ready to represent causes that matter, we want to meet you!
