Full Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Assistant / Junior Project Manager to join our growing team.

This is a developmental role specifically structured for a sharp, tech-literate professional who wants to learn the commercial and operational side of project management. Working alongside experienced Project Managers, you will be given real responsibility as you learn, with a clear and structured pathway toward future leadership roles within the company. Referencing our project frameworks, you will play a key part in ensuring our high standards of quality and safety are maintained across the board.

Key Duties:

  • Assist in managing construction projects from contract award through to final handover.
  • Review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate communication between site crews, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Learn and apply site health and safety compliance standards.
  • Support financial and budget tracking for active projects.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong digital skills and high tech literacy.
  • Prior experience in a construction environment is preferred, but a strong attitude and desire to learn are critical.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
