Field-based Account Managers | Republic of Ireland - Cork
Ready to make a real impact in women’s health?
IQVIA is looking for a commercially driven Account Managers to grow a leading menopause portfolio across the Republic of Ireland.
You’ll combine smart territory planning with high-quality customer engagement—building trusted relationships with GPs, menopause specialists, nurses, pharmacists and other key healthcare professionals.
The opportunity
- Own and deliver sales performance across your territory.
- Create and execute focused territory and account plans.
- Build credible, productive relationships with priority healthcare professionals.
- Deliver engaging product and disease-area conversations in menopause and HRT.
- Use sales, market and customer insight to identify opportunities and adapt activity.
- Support approved educational meetings and customer programmes.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Medical and Market Access colleagues to maximise impact.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and work fully within the IPHA Code, Irish regulations and company standards.
What you’ll bring
- Strong selling, communication and customer engagement skills.
- Proven ability to manage a geographical territory and deliver against sales objectives.
- Excellent planning, organisation and prioritisation skills.
- A commercial, self-motivated and results-focused approach.
- The confidence to work independently and collaborate across a wider team.
- Previous pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience is highly desirable; primary-care experience is strongly preferred.
- Women’s health, menopause or related therapy-area experience would be an advantage.
- A degree or equivalent experience, a full driving licence and the flexibility to travel regularly across the territory.
