We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant!

Join our friendly restaurant team!

Position: Kitchen Assistant (Full-time)

We offer:

  • Hourly rate: €14.50 – €15.50 (depending on experience)
  • Free meals during work shifts
  • Pleasant and friendly team atmosphere
  • Stable full-time employment

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparing ingredients (washing, peeling, cutting vegetables, meat, etc.)
  • Assisting chefs with food preparation and mise en place
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen throughout the shift
  • Receiving and storing deliveries properly
  • Waste management and segregation
  • Following HACCP food safety standards
  • Helping with general kitchen operations and deep cleaning after service

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and willingness to work hard
  • Good physical condition (standing for long hours, lifting)
  • Reliability and responsibility
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Experience in a kitchen is an advantage but not required – we provide training
