· Health, safety & environment: Prepare/approve RAMS and lift plans with site team/erectors; conduct site audits/toolbox talks; follow ISO 45001 practices.
· Site management & erection: Sequence erection; coordinate temporary works and interfacing trades (cladding/M&E/civils); manage craneage and access.
· Commercial management: Track budgets, valuations and variations; manage change control; forecast cost-to-complete and margin.
· Stakeholder engagement: Primary contact for client, main contractor and design team; chair coordination meetings; issue progress reports/minutes.
· Documentation & handover: Manage RFIs/TQs, NCR/CAR close-out, red-lines/as-builts and O&M manuals; capture lessons learned.
Skills & Experience (Required)
· Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent experience.
· 5+ years’ experience delivering structural steel projects (fabrication and on-site erection).
· Strong planning/programming (e.g., MS Project) and proven delivery to time, quality and cost.
· Working knowledge of EN 1090 and CE marking; confident with ITPs and QA documentation.
· Fluent with GA/detail/connection drawings and BoMs; able to brief detailers and fabricators.
· BIM-literate: review Tekla/IFC models; capable with Navisworks/AutoCAD for coordination.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder skills with clients, contractors and suppliers.
· Full, clean driving licence and right to work in Ireland; willing to travel to sites across IE/UK.
