Job Description:
The Portfolio Specialist is responsible for
- Identifying and maximizing opportunities in the portfolio from an end of lease and mid-term perspective to contribute to the Company’s financials
- Negotiate opportunities, structure solutions with customers and Influence outcomes
- Support customers in every aspect of their Asset Management strategy, providing meaningful business solutions and acting as a Trusted Advisor
- Manage regional metrics on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Partner and work closely with the EMEA sales team to ensure quota achievement and strategic account planning considering the future residual base
- Accurate and timely forecast and pipeline management
- Ensure audit and approval matrix compliance at all times
- Keep up with current market trends and market information, in particular in relation to HPEFS’ value proposition
- Have a strong knowledge of IT products and consumption models
- Understand, foresee and manage all risks to the business
Requirements
- Proven sales experience with excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service through strong communication and consultative selling skills with an understanding of the customer needs while negotiating on behalf of HPEFS
- Fluency in at least one European language, both written and oral (German and or French most preferable)
- Advanced skill set in organizational time management; analytical processing; and excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-starter with a drive to succeed both individually and as part of an energetic team
- Creative problem solving and strong analytical skill set
- Proud of personal integrity
- Additional languages highly desirable with full fluency written and spoken
- Understanding of the industry both technical and financial
- Excellent written/oral communications
- Ability to manage and influence virtual teams
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of management and functional disciplines
- Team player who motivates and excites others
- Highly Proficient in the use of MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
- 3+ years relevant work experience
- Third-level qualification desirable
