Your mission

Location - Nationwide

Draught Services, Beer Line cleaning & Quality Management Representative on behalf of FMI for Heineken.

FMI are currently recruiting for a Draught Services and Quality Management Representative to work on behalf One of Ireland’s leading Beer and Cider Company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that is looking to get into the Drinks Industry and work with the best. Working with an Iconic Global Brand, the role offers the chance to be a part of a talented, driven team with great development opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Perform scheduled maintenance calls to include inspection and cleaning of draft equipment in both Public Houses, Restaurants, Hotels and Events
  • Responsible for quality control standards and services of all draught accounts
  • Clean taps in line with the standard operating procedures
  • Check and date QC stickers in adherence with company's guidelines
  • Accurate and timely reporting of any maintenance issues or accidents
  • Maintain current records of line cleaning and service calls for each account
  • Monitor and report competitive activity in the market
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with key personnel and customers
  • Oversee maintenance & care of company equipment including company vehicle, tools, and technology in accordance with company policy
  • Adhere to company safety policy and procedures; report any unsafe conditions, incidents, or accidents immediately to management
  • Comply with all legal guidelines, and the company's standards and policies
  • Perform all other quality specialist duties or special assignments as directed by management

Your profile

Requirements and Competencies:


  • Experience cleaning draught beer lines in bars or restaurants is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Beverage industry experience including sales, operations and customer relations is ideal but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail is a must
  • Highly organised with ability to manage priorities and co-ordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Physically fit to be able to lift heavy work equipment and work in confined spaces
  • Ability to work flexible hours and must be open to travel
  • Customer facing with the ability to build relationships and spot opportunities
  • Presentable at all times
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work alone and in a team
  • Energetic, hands-on attitude, must be a self-starter
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Full driving licence (operating a company vehicle is a requirement for the role)
