Key Responsibilities and Duties:

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer support and meet the requirements below, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a professional and timely manner.

  • Provide accurate product information and guidance to customers.

  • Process customer orders through our ERP system.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.

  • Maintain and update customer records based on interactions.

  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and operations.


Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills
    : Ability to listen and convey information clearly to meet customer needs.

  • Problem-solving skills: Quick thinking and critical analysis to address and resolve inquiries.

  • PC proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, with solid experience using ERP systems.

  • Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years in a customer service or supply chain role.

  • Product knowledge: Willingness to learn and apply product-specific information. Full training provided.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary range €30,000 to €35,000 annually
