MCR Group is currently recruiting a Warehouse / Logistics Coordinator on behalf of a leading global organization within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector in Tralee, CO Kerry.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional to join a highly regulated GDP/GMP environment and take ownership of warehouse and logistics operations while driving compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations

  • Oversee receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities
  • Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure accurate inventory control and stock management

Logistics & Distribution

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including temperature-controlled products
  • Manage shipping documentation and ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with third-party logistics providers (3PL)

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to GDP/GMP standards and internal procedures
  • Maintain accurate records within ERP/WMS systems
  • Support audits, deviations, CAPA processes, and SOP development

Systems & Reporting

  • Utilize ERP systems such as SAP to track operations
  • Monitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with QA, production, procurement, and planning teams
  • Communicate operational updates, risks, and performance effectively
  • Promote a positive and team-focused culture

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or senior warehouse role
  • Strong understanding of logistics coordination and warehouse operations
  • Experience within a GDP/GMP regulated environment is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (SAP or similar)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
