Full job description

Robust Group is a growing property maintenance company working across residential and commercial properties throughout Dublin. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Property Maintenance Operative to join our team.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in their workmanship and can work independently.

Typical Duties:

  • General property repairs and maintenance
  • Painting and decorating
  • Flooring repairs and replacement
  • Furniture assembly and installation
  • Basic plumbing repairs
  • Basic carpentry and handyman works
  • Liaising with tenants, owners and contractors
  • Uploading reports, photographs and time records using our job management app

Requirements:

  • Full clean driving licence
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Professional and trustworthy manner when dealing with tenants and clients
  • Experience in property maintenance, construction, painting, carpentry or a related trade
