Due to this exciting growth, Sculpted by Aimee are recruiting a part-time Retail Makeup Artist to join our team based in Arnotts, Henry Street, Dublin.

Main Accountabilities:

• Driving individual sales and achieving team sales targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Assisting with customer make-up queries in relation to shade matching and Sculpted products.
• Maintain a clear and hygienic work area and adhere to hygiene rules.
• Maintain the store quality and merchandising including appearance and cleanliness of counter/store, follow merchandising guidelines and ensure on shelf product availability.
• Develop positive relationships with Arnotts Business Manager, Area Manager and Head Office.
• Be a Sculpted Brand Ambassador with your attitude and on-brand grooming.
• You will proactively approach customers in a warm and friendly manner to provide a excellent customer experience.
• Flexible availability across days/hours. We want all of our team to have a good work-life balance, please discuss your availability further with the hiring manager before/during the interview.

Experience Required:

You have:

• This is primarily a retail role, so previous retail experience, preferably in a similar setting, is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with store visitors and customers.
• Proactively drive continuous improvement initiatives to deliver value.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
