We are looking for a passionate, confident and customer-focused Retail Makeup Artist to join our Sculpted by Aimee team in Brown Thomas Dundrum on a full-time, 40-hour basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves all things beauty, enjoys connecting with customers and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a Retail Makeup Artist, you’ll be at the heart of the Sculpted customer experience – helping customers discover the right products, creating beautiful makeup looks and contributing to the success of the counter.

What You Will Be Doing

• Delivering an exceptional and welcoming experience to every customer.
• Providing expert product recommendations, shade matching and makeup consultations.
• Carrying out makeup applications and booked customer appointments.
• Proactively approaching and engaging customers through traffic stopping and product demonstrations.
• Working towards individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Building customer baskets through genuine and personalised product recommendations.
• Developing excellent knowledge of the Sculpted by Aimee product range, including new launches and hero products.
• Supporting customer recruitment and CRM activity.
• Keeping the counter clean, organised, fully replenished and customer-ready throughout the day.
• Maintaining excellent hygiene standards across testers, brushes and makeup stations.
• Supporting stock deliveries, replenishment and stock organisation.
• Taking part in launches, events, masterclasses and other exciting brand activity.
• Working closely with your Business Manager and wider team to achieve counter goals.
• Representing Sculpted by Aimee to a high standard within Brown Thomas.

Previous experience in beauty, makeup artistry, cosmetics or retail sales is desirable.
