Due to this exciting growth, Sculpted by Aimee are recruiting for a Business Manager to represent the brand in Boots, Blanchardstown.

About the Role
As a Sculpted by Aimee Counter Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the counter within Boots Blanchardstown, delivering an exceptional standard of customer experience while driving sales performance. You will act as a Sculpted Brand Ambassador, consistently reflecting the brand’s values and ensuring every customer interaction feels personalised, elevated, and on-brand.

Working closely with the Business Manager, Area Manager and wider Sculpted Retail Team, you will support the delivery of business targets and maintain high retail standards. You will lead by example on the counter, combining artistry, product expertise, and commercial awareness to contribute to both sales success and a premium in-store experience.

Responsibilities Include

• Act as a Sculpted Brand Ambassador, delivering an exceptional level of customer experience through expert product knowledge, shade matching, and makeup services
• Drive individual and counter performance to achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the business
• Support the delivery of brand standards, retail excellence, and visual merchandising within your Boots location
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Sculpted products, brand developments, and the wider beauty market, including competitors and best practice
• Build strong working relationships with Sculpted & Boots teams as well as key store stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and enhance the counter’s presence within the store

Complete all counter-related reporting and administrative tasks accurately and on time

Experience Required
You have…

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics
• A passion for delivering inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer service
• Previous experience in a supervisory/sales accountability role
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including stock management and cash handling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of KPIs and experience working towards sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, positive approach with strong problem-solving abilities
• A natural alignment with Sculpted values, leading by example on the counter
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Eligibility to live and work in the EU
