Experienced Senior Reservations Agent

The Wyatt Hotel | Westport

We are looking for an experienced Reservations Agent to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with hotel reservations or reception experience who is organised, guest-focused, and sales-driven.

The Role

  • Handle reservations by phone, email, and online channels
  • Process bookings accurately using the hotel PMS
  • Deliver excellent guest service
  • Identify opportunities to upsell rooms, packages, and services
  • Help maximise occupancy and revenue

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous hotel reservations or front office experience
  • Opera Cloud or similar PMS experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • A sales-focused approach
  • Ability to work well in a busy hotel environment
