We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead our team, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and play a key role in the continued success of one of Cork’s most exciting hospitality destinations.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • A strong leader who can inspire, motivate, and develop teams.
  • Hands-on and willing to lead from the front.
  • Commercially aware with a strong understanding of restaurant operations.
  • Organised, professional, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Experienced in managing busy restaurant environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the front-of-house team.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service standards at all times.
  • Drive sales and maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Manage labour costs, rotas, and team performance.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance.
  • Work closely with senior management and the kitchen team.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  • Play a key role in the successful launch and ongoing development of the business.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager, or similar hospitality leadership role.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy trading periods.
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland.
