As a Floor Manager on our Meeting & Events team, you will be passionate about delivering great experience in a luxury environment. You will enjoy all aspects of food and beverage, and have a knowledge of shift supervision and leadership of a team. You will work with the Meeting & Events Manager to identify training needs within the team, as well as developing and delivering SOPs. You should love going the extra mile to make sure our guests have an amazing experience and leave wanting to come back again and again.

At The River Lee, we host all types of events for our guests, so we are looking for someone adaptable and flexible to work acrss a range of shift times. The position will also include occasional breakfast shift duties.
