  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and hygiene standards
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly
  • Ensure accurate use of EPOS systems and daily reporting procedures

The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Well organised with the ability to work under pressure during busy service periods
  • Good understanding of HACCP and food safety standards
  • Experience with EPOS systems is an advantage
  • Positive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
  • Passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary (based on experience)
  • Opportunity to develop within a leading 4-star hotel
  • Supportive and professional working environment
  • Staff benefits and hotel discounts
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities
