Full job description

Role: Food & Beverage Manager
Location: Killarney
Salary: 50,000

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Food & Beverage Manager in Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations across 1 restaurant, 1 bar, and 1 coffee dock. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving financial performance, maintaining operational standards, and leading a high-performing team.

The Duties

  • Lead, motivate, and develop Food & Beverage teams across all outlets.

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff performance reviews.

  • Prepare and manage staff rosters in line with business needs and labour budgets.

  • Monitor labour costs, productivity, and departmental efficiency.

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure service standards are consistently achieved.

  • Manage guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.

  • Control departmental budgets, stock levels, purchasing, and supplier relationships.

  • Analyse sales and performance reports to improve revenue and profitability.

  • Support menu development, promotions, and seasonal offerings.

  • Ensure full compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and licensing regulations.

Requirements

  • Must have experience in Hospitality.

  • Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Experience managing multiple Food & Beverage outlets.

  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and KPIs.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.

  • Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
