THE ROLE
AsGeneral Manager, you run the venue. Theteam, the customer experience, the cash, the standards, the weekly numbers yours. You report to our Operations Manager, with a group behind you that knowsthis business inside out.
Hours: Rotating schedulewithin operating hours, including evenings and weekends.
WHAT WECARE ABOUT
- You can build and manage a team. Hire good people, train them, hold onto them, and get consistent performance.
- You've handled money. Cash-heavy operations, daily takings, variances, costs accurate under pressure.
- You set the standard for customer service and your team holds it when you're not on the floor.
- You keep the place right. Presentation, cleanliness, atmosphere you notice the details.
WHO ITSUITS
An experienced customer-facingretail or hospitality manager. You might be running a bookmakers, a phone shop,a cinema, a family entertainment centre, a gym, a hotel or restaurant, or abusy store right now the setting is different here, but the job is the same.We're a retail business: we trade seven days a week including evenings andweekends, and we'll expect you leading from the floor for your share of them.At least 2 years leading a team. No gaming experience needed we'll teach youthe industry.
