Production Supervisor - Weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

Based in Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford, Future Nutrition specialises in manufacturing beverages and supplements for the sports nutrition, health and wellbeing sector. As Production Supervisor you will:

  • Work with the weekend production team on Saturday and Sunday to ensure optimum flow through the production process.
  • Ensure compliance with company work instructions, SOPs and GMP standards at all times.
  • Assist in the management of the day to day operations to achieve targets, ensuring team and individual performance levels are monitored and achieved.
  • Identify opportunities to improve work processes and methods.
  • Work with key stakeholders to support the efficient running of the plant.
  • Carry out the necessary day to day administrative duties.
  • Identify, plan and implement the necessary training required for the team and individuals and provide cross training as required on all processes.

Skills and experience required:

Manufacturing background, preferably high volume.

  • Must have a positive attitude and the ability to motivate, organise, develop and lead a team by giving direction, instruction, guidance and example.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • IT literate
  • Planning and problem solving ability
  • Energetic and flexible, with a “can do” attitude
  • Decision making ability
  • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
  • Fluent spoken and written English
