Quality Team Lead

Are you a passionate quality professional with strong leadership skills? We are seeking a hands-on Quality Team Lead to lead and develop a team of Quality Monitors while ensuring the highest standards of product quality, food safety and compliance across production operations.

In this shift-based role, you will act as the senior quality representative on shift, providing coaching, guidance and technical support to the quality team while working closely with production to drive a strong quality and food safety culture. You will lead investigations, support continuous improvement initiatives, monitor compliance with GMP, HACCP and customer standards, and make key decisions to protect product quality and consumer safety.

The successful candidate will combine strong people leadership with operational quality expertise, championing best practice, developing team capability and driving improvements that reduce defects, enhance compliance and support business performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is committed to delivering quality excellence.’

The role offers a variety of experience and training to the right candidate and a vibrant environment to work in.

The role involves shiftwork, 6-2 and 2-10 on alternate weeks rostered over 5 days between Monday and Sunday.
