Join the TUI Ireland Marketing team and help bring our brands to life through engaging campaigns, compelling content and innovative marketing activity. As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of marketing initiatives across TUI and Crystal Ski, helping inspire customers both online and offline.

The successful candidate will join the team once a week in our Dublin office. The role will be published until Thursday 8th October, we would encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible in the event the advert closes early.

ABOUT THE JOB

• You’ll support the planning, coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns and promotions for TUI and Crystal Ski in Ireland across both online and offline channels.
• Working closely with creative teams, Ecommerce colleagues, media partners and suppliers, you’ll help ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and aligned to business priorities.
• You’ll contribute to the execution of digital marketing activity, supporting social media content planning, paid and organic campaigns, and ECRM communications that engage our customers.
• Alongside Group and UK colleagues, you’ll support PR, influencer and media initiatives, helping to promote our brands and products while coordinating events and industry activities.
• Content creation will form an important part of your role as you help produce, review and proofread materials for brochures, social media, promotional campaigns and marketing publications.
• You’ll assist with campaign analysis and reporting, producing performance insights and KPI updates that help shape future marketing activity and decision-making.

ABOUT YOU

• You have proven experience working within a marketing role in a commercial organisation or agency environment.
• Excellent planning, organisational and administrative skills allow you to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience supporting social media activity, content creation or digital marketing campaigns will help you make an immediate impact in the role.
• You’re a confident communicator who enjoys creating engaging content and building positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• A qualification in a related discipline is beneficial, and you’re keen to continue developing your marketing expertise.
• You enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team while also taking ownership of tasks and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
