Full job description

At Truly Dental, we're on a mission to transform dentistry. With clinics across Ireland and the UK, we combine state-of-the-art facilities, exceptional clinical care and a warm, patient-first culture. We believe great dentistry starts with great people - and we're building a team that brings warmth, skill and heart to everything they do.

We're now looking for a Marketing Executive, a true all-rounder who loves variety, can juggle multiple projects across multiple clinics, and is happy to muck in across every corner of the marketing mix.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, hybrid generalist role for a confident marketer with 2-5 years of experience. No two days will look the same - one moment you'll be supporting a new clinic launch, the next you'll be writing social copy, briefing a designer, planning an open day or pulling together a campaign report.

You'll work closely with the wider marketing team, clinic managers and clinicians to support every stage of the patient journey and help our clinics thrive locally.

Requierements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields preferred.
  • Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media or CRM tools are considered a plus.

Experience

  • 2-5 years of hands-on marketing experience in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous exposure to healthcare, retail, hospitality or multi-location businesses is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Wider marketing support (the heart of the role)

  • Be the go-to marketing point of contact for our clinic teams across Ireland and the UK.
  • Plan and roll out local marketing activity for individual clinics - seasonal campaigns, open days, awareness days, community events and partnerships.
  • Coordinate with clinic managers and clinicians to gather testimonials, before/after photos and patient stories (with consent) for use across our channels.
  • Help plan and deliver internal communications, staff comms and team events.
  • Support brand consistency across all clinics - making sure print, digital and in-clinic materials feel unmistakably "Truly".
  • Liaise with external suppliers (printers, signage, photographers, videographers, agencies) to keep projects moving.

Clinic openings & launches

  • Support marketing for new clinic openings across Ireland and the UK.
  • Help build pre-launch awareness through local campaigns, social, email and community outreach.
  • Coordinate launch-day activity - open days, ribbon cuttings, press and influencer/community engagement.
  • Set up local SEO essentials: Google Business Profile, directory listings and local landing pages.

Content, social & digital

  • Write clear, warm, on-brand copy for emails, blogs, social posts, landing pages, leaflets and in-clinic materials.
  • Support our social media presence - content planning, scheduling, community management and capturing content from clinics.
  • Brief and review work from designers, photographers and videographers.
  • Help keep our website up to date - clinic pages, treatment pages, team bios, blog posts.

Campaigns, CRM & email (supporting role)

  • Support the team in planning and delivering email campaigns and patient communications.
  • Help maintain CRM data hygiene and assist with simple automations (welcome flows, appointment reminders, post-treatment follow-ups).
  • Pull together campaign performance reports and share insights with the team.

Events & community

  • Help plan and run open days, charity events, school visits and community initiatives.
  • Represent Truly Dental at local events when needed.
  • Build relationships with local businesses, influencers and community groups.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work with a growing and modern healthcare brand
  • Exposure to a broad and varied marketing scope
  • Dynamic and collaborative work environment
  • Participation in clinic launches and community initiatives
  • Hybrid working model
  • Opportunity to contribute directly to patient experience and local impact

Relevant Details Before Applying

  • Hybrid role supporting clinics across Ireland and the UK
  • Requires flexibility to manage multiple simultaneous projects
  • Occasional attendance at local events and clinic launches may be required
  • Ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys variety and operational involvement
