You will spend the majority of your time creating content for social media channels, including video, photography, graphics, reels, stories, and campaigns. You will also be responsible for managing promotional and print collateral, monitoring campaign performance, and supporting a variety of marketing initiatives across the business.

This role would suit someone who is equally comfortable on and behind a camera, designing content in Canva, analysing campaign performance, and bringing creative ideas to life.

· Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content.

· Develop content calendars aligned with campaigns and business goals.

· Identify opportunities to increase audience growth and brand awareness.

· Monitor competitors, trends, and social media best practices.

Content Creation

· Create reels, video content, photography, graphics, and social media posts.

· Capture and edit photo and video content across practice locations.

· Design assets using Canva and other creative tools.

· Produce content for internal digital signage and screens.

· Maintain brand consistency across all content.

· Collaborate with teams to promote services, events, and company initiatives.

Paid Social Advertising

· Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns.

· Manage campaign budgets and audience targeting.

· Track performance and identify optimisation opportunities.

· Analyse results and provide campaign reports.

· Liaise with external agencies and suppliers as required.

Marketing & Brand Support

· Manage the production of print and promotional collateral.

· Coordinate marketing materials across multiple locations.

· Support company-wide marketing campaigns and initiatives.

· Assist with ad hoc marketing projects.

· Support marketing reporting and campaign analysis.

Essential Requirements

· Third-level qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field

· Minimum 2 years' experience in a content creation, social media, or digital marketing role

· Demonstrable experience managing business social media accounts

· Strong experience creating content for social media platforms

· Experience creating and editing short-form video content

· Experience managing paid social advertising campaigns

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Proficiency in Canva and other content creation tools

· Full clean driving licence

Desirable

· Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop

· Photography and videography experience

· Understanding of social media analytics and reporting

· Creative, innovative, and full of ideas

· Proactive and self-motivated

· Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

· Professional, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining confidentiality
