Role: Marketing and recruitment support assistant

Salary: €30000 + bonus

BSS Building Staff Solutions is looking for a Marketing and recruitment support assistant in our office in Dublin 8

This role would suit a recent marketing graduate looking to gain experience and will involve marketing and recruitment resurcing duties.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage job postings on various recruitment platforms and the company’s website to attract qualified candidates.
• Create social media postings and design advertising posts.
• Conduct CV screening to shortlist top candidates for initial interviews, assessing alignment with job requirements.
• Complete reference checks on prospective hires and track candidate performance after onboarding to support long-term success.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, maintaining clear communication and updating application statuses in internal systems.

Requirements:

• Marketing qualification essential for this role
• Strong understanding of written and spoken English
• Must be based in Dublin or surrounding counties as this is a full time office based role

Location:

Merchants Quay Dublin 8, Co. Dublin

Hours:

Monday to Friday 9 am – 6pm
