Full job description

Product Marketing Manager — OneTouch Health | Galway (Hybrid)

OneTouch Health is an Irish tech company building purpose-built software for the social care sector. Our platform supports home care providers and care agencies across Ireland, the UK, EU, and Australia — managing staff scheduling, compliance, real-time communication, and service reporting.

As we scale into new markets and expand our platform, we're hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own the connection between what we build and how it lands in the market.

The role

This is a pivotal hire. You'll work at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing — translating platform capabilities into compelling value propositions and ensuring every buyer touchpoint communicates a consistent, credible message. Real ownership. Not a support role.

What you'll own

— Messaging & positioning: develop and maintain the core messaging framework, buyer personas, and competitive differentiation across all markets and segments

— Go-to-market: lead launch planning for new features and market expansions, coordinating across Product, Sales, and Customer Success

— Content: own the full content library from awareness through conversion — case studies, white papers, web copy, email nurture, solution briefs

— Sales enablement: build pitch decks, battlecards, ROI tools, and objection-handling guides; run regular enablement sessions with the Sales team

— Market intelligence: conduct customer interviews, monitor the competitive landscape, track regulatory developments, and brief internal stakeholders

What we're looking for

4–8 years in product marketing or B2B SaaS marketing, with a track record of owning messaging, content, and go-to-market execution. Experience in healthtech, social care technology, or workforce management software is a strong advantage. Proven ability to work across UK and/or European markets.

Exceptional messaging and storytelling skills. Strong content creation across multiple formats. Commercial fluency — you understand how marketing connects to pipeline and revenue. Comfortable with HubSpot (or similar), GA4, and content/design tools.

What success looks like

First 90 days: deep understanding of the product, customer base, and competitive landscape. A revised messaging framework agreed across Marketing, Product, and Sales. An audit of existing sales materials completed, with a prioritised improvement plan.

By month 6: a full suite of core sales enablement materials live and in active use. A content library supporting the full customer journey. At least one significant product launch or feature campaign executed end-to-end. A structured customer insight programme in place.

By end of year one: measurable improvement in sales conversion metrics and pipeline velocity. Established as the subject matter expert on positioning, messaging, and market intelligence across the business.

Why join us

Real ownership over product marketing strategy. Close collaboration with leadership, product, and sales. Work that genuinely improves how care is delivered in communities. A growing company with expanding scope and ambition.
