Full job description

The Energy Centre, Ireland's largest independent supplier of renewable energy products to the domestic market, is expanding its Renewable Energy Services team and is looking for motivated Door-to-Door Lead Generators to join our team in Sligo, Leitrim & Donegal.

This is not a direct sales role. Your responsibility is to engage with homeowners, introduce our free, no-obligation home energy consultation, and arrange appointments for our Sales Representatives. You'll play an important role in helping homeowners reduce their energy costs while learning about the government grants available to support energy-efficient home improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit residential properties within your designated territory.
  • Engage with homeowners in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Introduce Energy Centre's free, no-obligation home energy consultation.
  • Explain the benefits of renewable energy solutions and available government grant schemes.
  • Qualify potential customers and schedule appointments for our Renewable Energy Consultants.
  • Accurately record customer information and appointment details.
  • Plan and manage your daily canvassing activities to maximise productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records and report daily canvassing performance.
  • Represent Energy Centre professionally and uphold the company's reputation at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, field marketing or a customer-facing role is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident engaging with members of the public.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and target-driven.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Full clean Irish driving licence.
  • Must be 23 years of age or older (to meet company vehicle insurance requirements).
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 11:00am – 8:00pm.

  • Competitive salary of €650 gross per week (40 hours).
  • €10 bonus for every confirmed appointment with uncapped earning potential.
