Looking to kick-start a career where your confidence, communication, and people skills can make a real impact?

Fenix Marketing Promotions is expanding and looking for enthusiastic Junior Brand Ambassadors to join the team. This is a customer-facing role where you'll represent well-known brands, build rapport with customers across local residential communities, and help them make informed decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Engaging with customers and creating positive first impressions
  • Introducing products and services in a clear, professional manner within residential neighbourhoods across Dublin
  • Answering questions and helping customers choose the right solutions
  • Working towards individual and team performance goals
  • Representing client brands with enthusiasm and professionalism

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Confidence speaking with new people
  • Self-motivation and a team-focused mindset
  • Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not essential
