Full job description

Role Details:

  • Position: Full-Time (in-person)
  • Title: Patient Care Coordinator (Medical admin)
  • Hours of work: Mon-Fri 09:00am - 17:00pm
  • Place of work: Auralia Clinic, 27 High Street, Kilkenny.
  • Salary: €30,000
  • Company Pension: Additional 2.5% of salary value
  • Benefits: Courses/education relevant to the position funded by Auralia.

Position – The successful applicant will work as a patient care coordinator (medical admin), within the cosmetic surgery department, in an administrative capacity.

Training will be provided for all steps.

This is an in-person role. Hybrid or work from home requests cannot be considered.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Guidance with all of the duties below will be given throughout. We understand and appreciate that this is a specific role and as such we do not expect you to be fully skilled in each requirement from the outset.

  • Dealing with, and developing a trusting rapport with patients, through effective & considerate communication.
  • Handling enquiries via phone & email, with a commercial awareness regarding KPI's.
  • Having a confident and determined mindset to assist patients through their journey.
  • IT & numeracy skills essential to ensure accurate and prompt information is recorded on Auralia's Patient Management System.
  • Liaising with the Medical Team to provide important patient information and updates.
