Our client is a large well-established financial services organisation who are continuing to expand their national and global operations.

Role Overview

The HR Manager will serve as a trusted adviser to leaders and employees across the Irish operations in delivering the people strategy across the Irish office network.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor translating business priorities into pragmatic people plans
  • Identifying critical roles, succession risks and developing leadership pipelines
  • Ensuring high quality execution of the employee lifecycle
  • Engaging employees across all levels in Training and Development activities
  • Support hiring managers on recruitment activities / workforce planning and ensuring high quality hires across all Irish entities
  • Support reward governance on salary positioning/comp reviews
  • Oversee the company appraisal process
  • Own HR controls in terms of compliance and employment legislation

Key Requirements

  • A professional qualification in HR, Business, Law or related discipline
  • Proven capability and experience in HR Management roles - preferably in professional services
  • Experience of HR management in multi site organisations highly desirable
  • Strong systems and reporting capabilities
  • Excellent communication / engagement skills

Pay: €65,000.00-€75,000.00 per year
