A long-established clinic based in Dublin 2 require a medical receptionist to join our team. This is an invaluable opportunity for you to support our doctors in a highly disciplined, medical environment. We are conveniently located in the heart of Dublin City Centre..
As medical receptionist, you will be responsible for a busy front of house desk, greeting patients and managing inbound/outbound calls. Your day to day duties will include both reception and administrative tasks including photocopying, scanning, managing confidential files, scheduling appointments, assisting doctors, along with all other duties that fall into your new role.
Medical reception experience is essential to this role. You must be familiar with how a medical clinic works and be able to execute your work from the outset. You will have to manage the front of house desk and complete administrative tasks while having the initiative to prioritise individual tasks in accordance to urgency is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills are vital as you will be communicating with members of the public daily. Experience using Socrates or similar software would be a considerable benefit.
