As we continue to expand our services, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our team as a Recruitment Administrator/Co-ordinator.
As a Recruitment Administrator/Co-ordinator for Bon Secours Hospital Cork, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of our Recruitment and HR team.

Essential Eligibility Criteria:
- A relevant administration/business qualification is desired.
- Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Experience in healthcare recruitment would be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Enjoy working in a busy environment, have advanced administrative skills as well as strong attention to detail.
- Be candidate focused with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Have a proven track record in providing excellent service.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
- Fluency in English both spoken and written is a pre-requisite for this role
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland. Visa sponsorship is not possible for this post.
- Have excellent interpersonal, communication and organisation skills and have the ability to work on his/her own initiative
- Be competent, innovative, reliable, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
- Excellent planning & organisational skills
