The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, flexible, innovative and committed to providing a quality service that responds to the needs and priorities of our service users.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the above positions to provide secretarial and administrative support to consultant and clinical team. The successful candidate will be flexible, committed and possess the following:

- Have a recognised, relevant and validated qualification(s);
- A MINIMUM OF 5 years' current administrative experience. Experience in a medical or similar setting would be an advantage;
- Excellent typing skills, data entry and demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office, telephone and reception experience;
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel;
- KPI knowledge and processing an advantage;
- The ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines;
- The ability to provide administrative cover in other services within St. John of God Community Mental Health Services when the need arises.
- Display absolute discretion and confidentiality.
- Full clean Driving Licence and access to own means of transport essential.
