We are looking for empathetic and reliable care assistants to support seniors who need kind, respectful help in their everyday lives. If you are looking for meaningful work where you can truly make a difference, this opportunity could be a great fit for you.

You decide when you want to work, who you want to support, and in which area. There are no mandatory hours - you can choose opportunities that fit your availability and location.

We operate across Dublin, so you can choose care opportunities close to you and keep travel time to a minimum.

Payments are sent to your bank account every 14 days.

What you may help with

  • Supporting seniors with everyday tasks such as shopping, light cleaning, meal preparation, and getting dressed
  • Accompanying seniors on walks, to medical appointments, or other activities
  • Providing companionship, conversation, and social support
  • Helping with light household tasks
  • Creating a safe, pleasant, and supportive home environment

Earnings

Earn €16 per hour

For example:

  • €1280 per month for 80 hours
  • €2560 per month for 160 hours

Very flexible opportunities based on your availability. There is no fixed earning limit - your earnings depend on how many opportunities you choose to accept.

Requirements

  • You must be 18 years or older
  • Completed basic or secondary education
  • Clean criminal record
  • Health suitability for care-related work
  • Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently while communicating well with others
  • Responsible approach and genuine motivation to help others

Advantageous but not required

  • Previous experience in senior care
  • Education in healthcare, social care, or a related field
  • Completion of a relevant accredited care course or training
