Full job description

Part time medical secretary/receptionist required immediately.

Approximately 16 - 20 Hours Per week.

Suburban General Medical Practice with 2 centres of practice in Douglas and Ballyphehane. Transport is essential to cover both centres.

No weekends.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet patients in a warm manner

Liaise with the public, answer calls and respond to general inquiries by phone and / or email

Distribute and Scan post at the beginning and end of the day

Manage a busy Reception desk and direct patients to waiting room

Enter all patient details on Medical System (Socrates)

Booking appointments for patients, follow up and schedule test required

Collect all payments

Comply with all policies and procedures in a Confidential Manner

Experience:

Previous experience is preferred - will consider similar customer experience

IT Skill an advantage - Socrates System Used

Good Communication and Organisation Skills
