About the role

This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home while regularly visiting client and project sites across Ireland and Europe, giving you the opportunity to build strong client relationships and support the successful delivery of major engineering projects.

We are seeking an experienced MEP professional or similar, to take ownership of the commercial and contractual delivery of key engineering service contracts across our European Data Centre portfolio and Semi Conductor, Pharmaceutical and Medical Device clients in Ireland.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone from an MEP contractor, engineering consultancy or commissioning background who enjoys building client relationships while remaining closely connected to engineering project delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering service contracts across Data Centre, Pharmaceutical and Medical Device projects in Europe/Ireland
• Act as the key commercial and technical contact for assigned client accounts.
• Work with Operations and Directors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop strong client relationships and support long-term account growth.
• Astute knowledge of contracts, manage variations and ensure commercial compliance.
• Identify opportunities to expand engineering and commissioning services within existing accounts.
• Monitor contract performance and provide commercial and operational updates.
• Promote the highest standards of Health & Safety, Quality and operational excellence.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience delivering MEP, Building Services, Commissioning or Engineering projects.
• Background with an MEP contractor, engineering consultancy or technical services provider.
• Experience within Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device or other mission-critical environments.
• Strong understanding of engineering project delivery and commercial contract management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to grow existing client accounts.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or related Engineering discipline.
