Full job description

Flexsource is currently recruiting experienced Production Operators for an exciting opportunity based in Damastown, Dublin 15.

We are looking for reliable, motivated candidates with experience working in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment. This position will involve supporting day-to-day production operations while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and GMP compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out day-to-day production and manufacturing duties in line with company procedures.
  • Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved.
  • Follow all SOPs, GMP, quality and Health & Safety procedures.
  • Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
  • Carry out product checks and report any quality issues or deviations.
  • Support packaging, material handling and general production activities.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised production area.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Participate in all required training and development.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Production Operator, Manufacturing Operator or similar role is highly desirable.
  • Experience working within a pharmaceutical, medical device, manufacturing or GMP-regulated environment would be a strong advantage.
  • Must be available to work a 2-cycle shift pattern.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to follow procedures and complete documentation accurately.
  • Good communication skills and a strong team-player mentality.
  • Reliable, flexible and comfortable working on your own initiative when required.
