Full job description

We are recruiting Process Technicians for an advanced manufacturing facility in Limerick. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the world's leading healthcare companies through a unique managed staffing programme.

The Role:

As a Process Technician, you will support automated manufacturing equipment to maximise performance, quality, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor and optimise manufacturing processes
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment
  • Support preventative and reactive maintenance
  • Diagnose equipment and process issues
  • Perform equipment adjustments and changeovers
  • Work with Engineering on continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance

Requirements:

  • Level 6 qualification (minimum 120 credits) in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline
  • Experience in a manufacturing, maintenance, or technical environment
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts

Salary & Benefits:
