Product Specialist – Orthopaedic Division

Leinster | €50,000–€55,000 Base + Bonus (up to €20,000) + Company Vehicle

CPL are partnering with a leading healthcare solutions provider to recruit a Product Specialist for their Orthopaedic Division.

Please note: This role is suited to candidates with Orthopaedic clinical experience or medical device sales experience. Candidates without relevant Orthopaedic or hospital-based experience are unlikely to be considered.

The Role

This is a field-based position covering ROI & NI, supporting Orthopaedic departments across hospitals. You will work closely with Orthopaedic consultants, nurses and plaster room teams, providing product support, clinical education and growing your territory.

The product portfolio includes:

  • Casting & Splinting materials
  • Fibreglass & Synthetic casts
  • Orthopaedic supports & braces
  • Acute Wound Care products
  • Plaster room instruments

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Medical device sales experience or a clinical Orthopaedic background
  • Experience working within hospital environments
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A commercial mindset with an interest in developing a territory
  • Full clean driver's licence
  • Leinster-based or willing to travel extensively

Package

  • €50,000–€55,000 base salary
  • Bonus up to €20,000
