As part of our exciting global growth, we’re seeking a dynamic and hands-on Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Marketing Operations Team. This role will put you at the centre of our marketing execution and systems, managing the processes, and tools that enable impactful campaigns worldwide.

Your impact
In this role, you’ll act as the go-to person for anything related to our HubSpot account, ensuring that our campaigns, data, and marketing and sales processes run smoothly and deliver measurable ROI. From executing digital campaigns to managing leads, you’ll make sure marketing operations runs efficiently, compliantly, and at scale.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the day-to-day execution and optimisation of HubSpot, ensuring campaigns, lead management, workflows, and data processes run smoothly and reliably.
- Build, manage, and refine automated customer journeys, lead nurturing programmes, and segmentation to support global marketing and sales initiatives.
- Execute multi-channel digital campaigns within HubSpot, including email, landing pages, forms, and advertising integrations, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
- Manage lead lifecycle processes from capture through handover to sales, maintaining data accuracy, clear routing, and strong alignment with sales teams.
- Create and maintain HubSpot assets such as templates, forms, lists, and dashboards to support scalable campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and operational metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.
- Ensure data quality, compliance, and best practices across all marketing operations, particularly in regulated markets.
- Collaborate closely with regional marketing, sales, and external partners to support global rollouts and local market needs.
- Troubleshoot HubSpot, automation, and campaign issues, acting as the first point of contact for marketing operations support.
- Continuously improve processes, tools, and documentation to help build a scalable, efficient marketing engine as the company grows.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years in Marketing Operations or CRM Marketing, ideally in B2B or regulated industries.
- Highly organised, methodical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.
- Experienced in HubSpot, with a strong understanding of CRM execution, workflows, and campaign setup.
- Familiar with GDPR and experienced in ensuring marketing data, campaigns, and processes meet regulatory requirements.
- Detail-focused, with a high standard for data accuracy, structure, and process.
- Confident supporting end-to-end marketing and sales processes within HubSpot.
- Comfortable operating in a growing, global organisation where processes continue to evolve.
